Great place and the prices are so low! The carvery is the best in the area, with a huge variety of things to choose from! My friend is also coeliac and there is lots on offer that is gluten free and staff are always so helpful with information. Alongside this, the deserts are amazing and everyone knows about the "cake away" service. There is a cabinet displaying all the cakes they have to offer (gluten free ones, too !) And you can either have them inside or have them packed up to take away. They're huge and tasty 100% recommend the place
Came here with my partner and ordered a all day breakfast. With special requests, quite simple ones too. (No mushroom, no tomato and no black pudding - couldn't be any easier. Just don't put them on the plate)Good come out about 25 minutes later and on my plate I had. Of course. Mushrooms, tomatoes and black pudding and no hash browns. I had to ask another staff member doing drinks to sort this out as the queue was also humongous. Bacon was like a brick and toast was cold.Although my time was not great my partner enjoyed her mac n cheese.Hopefully my mishap was just a one off.Thanks,Ash
Visited Kings Mill Farm at approx 12 o'clock today 27th January.Disappointed with cleanliness, tray we had to carry drinks on was dirty, could see dust on shelves, tomato sauce bottle had not been wiped clean for some time, green mould could be seen on lid, toilets not much better. Also found a small piece of green plastic in my lasagna. Otherwise food was very good.Geraldine Sanders.
Busy pub on Sundays, has a great carvery with plenty of choices, including three meats. Beef, Pork and Turkey in four size plates from small to extra large. Has great cakes and other desserts including a selection of flavours of ice cream. Friendly staff with public toliets. Great place to visit and has outdoor tables for the summer.
There is a large car park with substantial disabled parking available. There's an outdoor seating area and a covered designated smoking area. The entrance is excellent for buggies and wheelchairs. There is an excellent carvery available with at least 2 choices of meat and vegetarian options. There are 3 sizes of plates to suit all ages and appetites. An excellent variety of potatoes and vegetables. The menu also offers an excellent choice of food. There is also the option to have a carvery take away for people wanting to eat out. The desserts are absolutely amazing and extremely large portions. The staff will provide 2 spoons for people to share if you are able to eat them. A cake away option is an excellent alternative. If you choose to have dessert and are not able to eat it all you can take the rest home. A large variety of ice cream is available. A variety of different alcoholic beverages are served as well as hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks.
