Discusting toilets, rusty fittings, just look at the condition in the picture, makes me wonder if they care that little about the toilets, what's the places we don't get to see like? There was over 25 minutes wasted just standing waiting to be served. Reminded me of a school dinner queue.The only redeeming features were polite bar staff and decent food else this review would have been one star.
Great cooked breakfast buffet. Usually adequately clean. Coffee is extra. I like it enough to keep going back.
Great value food. Seating is very unclean. Some staff are great, others - not so much. Particularly unimpressed when taking the buffet breakfast: I was taking baked beans when a staff member took the container literally as I was lasing beans onto my plate. Did not leave a replacement. Done with such force that the ladle was pulled from my hand as he pulled the container from the hot table.
Was served fantastically by a waiter called Michelle so polite and warning was a great service. Will definitely go back and all staff at all restaurants should have the same customer care that Michelle gave us.
Lovely staff, great food, nice options for vegetarians. Great value for money and refillable drinks which is always a bonus. There is also a brilliant rewards scheme that gives you a free desert after 5 meals and a free carvery after 10.
