The branch of F&B's we are in today was an unusual example of a chain restaurant getting it right. The service was attentive without being overbearing. All the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The menu was varied and most people including vegans would find something. There was even a selection of lighter portions. . The food although clearly mass produced was tasty with real flavour. We celebrated a son's 40th birthday here and the meal suited everyone from 6 to 76.
we went for a family meal here. All the kids and the wife loved the food. I ordered the steak which when it came wasn't how I asked for it. Keeley who is the manager I think was fantastic in dealing with this complaint. I'm not someone who likes to complain. Some restaurants try and make you feel uncomfortable or seem offended when you say the food isn't right. However, Keeley couldn't have been more apologetic. she offered to get me a new piece of steak or cook that one longer. After all this had been resolved I find that my meal was free for the inconvenience. The rest of meal was fantastic. would definitely come here again. Wonderful food and wonderful staff. Everything was perfectly cooked and served in a decent time. The staff were incredibly accommodating, funny and engaging, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Couldn't find a single fault, would definitely come here again!
