Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. The prescription line doesn't even open until 15:30 which you will need since they even get repeat prescriptions that you order online with them wrong on a very regular basis (every time I try & get my monthly prescription in my case) & trying to sort the problems out involves a lot of calling them up & wasting hours trying to get through only to be told there is nothing or very little they can do, forcing you to book an appointment which can take weeks. On the most recent appointment to try & sort it out the doc told me that it's the receptionist's responsibility to do this since it was only changing some info & sending out the order that was required. Meaning I wasted an appointment slot on something the receptionist could have done in literally a few minutes.
