Willowbrook medical practise. Useless, they claim to open at 8:30 and its never hapend, you ring thru to get engaged tone till at least 9am, then to be told there's no appointment left. Most of receptionist not friendly and not realy helpful. Doctors not intresting with your problems and your health, for any health complaints standart answer paracetomol. You have to lie to get real help. From all doctors who work in this practis only two is realy helpful and care about your healt. And get appointment to them its ansolutley unreal, you have to wait from three to five weeks to get appointment to them. The new practis who work there is absolutley disgusted and very rud, specialy practis Routh. I was very sick and she dont wont listening me. I have problem with breathing and cough for two month. More then that she start shout on me!!! All her recomendation was just paracetomol. She even didn't want give me a sick note! She said I cant see the reason why you need this!!! And as excuse there not any doctor to sign the sick note. Lie lie lie!!! There was at list three doctor on time when I was with her. Thanks to one women from receotion I finaly get sick note. After (Routh) her "help" I was get in hospital with pneumonia!!! I never never never will be recomend this practice to new patients. Right now start look new medical practice.
I litterally avoid my gp at all costs now, I get terrible service, slow replies, lied to about being contacted and endlessly try not to deal with me, I had a possible diagnosis that could effect my job and the doctor wouldn't even ring me for 3 days to send a referral in the end I had to ring 111 and complain , now I have been told I am fine by the consultant but this gp have informed the dvla on my behalf and won't provide me with a fit for work slip without handwriting a note requesting one to the receptionist and I presume wait another week in which I could loose my job and the receptionists response when this all began was, "you will have to go to the job centre and sign on" it makes me feel sick, this is the caliber of service can't be standard,
This has to be the worst experience of the NHS I have ever come across, I have several medical conditions and can never get an appointment, even after the surgery has sent me letters to make appointments regarding these I can still not get an appointment. And as for the reception staff don't even get me started there, let's just say the rudeness and incompetence is second to none.Would I recommend this place ??? Well there is a veterinary surgery just down the road, my advice is to go there.
Getting an appointment by phone is a nightmare. Took me over a hundred redials.Booking an appointment online is better but my last appointment had already been taken when i arrived...fastest finger first it seems.It would be very helpful when booking online if we got a confirmation screen so we know our booking has been accepted. Other than that the doctors the best.
I've lived in Sutton for nearly 7 years now, never had a problem with anyone here, all extremely friendly, wonderful doctors and nurses and had some amazing midwives look after me with both pregnancies , yes the appointment time can be a bit of a wait, but I've always managed to get a same day appointment when I phone at 8.30, for myself or my two children! So it deserves 5 stars :)
