Useless. When I managed to get an appointment, which is nearly impossible, they told me the recent chest pain was just muscle aches from a heart operation I had 15y ago and to just rub Deep heat cream on it. They were no help at all and seemed to dismiss it completely.
Receptionist demanded to know what was wrong with me and why I should get an emergency appointment. Think just because you work for doctors surgery you have the right to demand personal info. Also wrongly diagnosed my disability and my mums cancer as constipation. Better luck getting advise from a shop keeper
This surgery is a shambles try and make an appointment with a doctor impossible. I drive to the surgery arrive at 8:05 to be told no appointment available today!!!! This not the first occasion try ringing engaged you can't make an advanced appointment tell when can I see a Gp????? Ridiculous
