When I first started coming here, thought it was great with friendly staff. Last visit was a shambles. I was struggling to carry 7 puppies through the door. 2 reception staff and 1 vet stood watching me struggle. In the end a customer helped me get in and sit down. If it wasnt my local vets I would probably change.
I know you should expect 5* from each vet, but I can not thank this team enough.I had rung up a few times to confirm and ask for advice about my ill border collie puppy, and they were magnanimously helpful.I had to bring her in because her situation got worse, and they were prompt, supportive, professional and had such a great touch with trying to take my mind off the endless possibilities.A HUGE thank you for helping my beautiful little girl, and now she is back to her bonny self again!
Friendly staff and offered good advice on pet care and medications. They have great offers on vaccinations and preventative flea and worm treatments etc. Made my cat feel at ease throughout appointment and gave him thorough check up, would definitely recommend
Been using these guys to care for our little bunny. They are great and happy to help (especially if you have an emergency) the vets who have seen out bunny were gentle and caring and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Only downside is there is only cat and dog waiting areas, safe to say my bunny does not enjoy sharing!!!! Maybe something could be done to keep smaller animals happier while they wait?
First time using Vets4Pets. I have been using another local vet but I work full time so Vets4Pets' longer opening hours are more suitable. I saw a lovely lady called Christina, who was very gentle with treating a tummy wound on my extremely nervous cat Minnie. Very pleased with the service, will use again in future.
