Soon there taking money but won't supply worm/flea medication never open when needed going to a different vet where my pups get best vet care
Limited opening hours at the minute which isn't great but I've been told they are having 2 permanent vets come in this month so hopefully will pick up again. However, always have nice staff and service so helps make up for it.
After being a client for over 20 years unfortunately since being brought out by corporate vets the service levels are inadequate. All the convenience and benefits of the Sutton branch have gone. Short opening hours and no Saturday walk in session. High turnover of vets so no consistency with who you may see on any long term basis. Looking on the website today they are advertising for both vets and nurses which proves the point. Have had to travel to Mansfield branch as no vet at Sutton. No emergency cover, which incidentally was covered by a different vet at Alfreton, even that seems to have now changed to Nottingham. Hardly putting patients and clients first. Very sad as was previously an excellent veterinary practice.
Booked my dog to see vet and on way called and double checked the time to find out if was booked in at the wrong branch and they got me at mansfield. They managed to sort it so I could come in but how difficult is it for them to get this right. This has happened the last time I went as well. The vet was rude, in fact she was lucky that I needed my dog to be vaccinated as he was late, if not she would have know about. I have been a customer there for over 4 years and won't be going back now. Their loss as there are plenty of other decent vets around.
