Poor service no-one listens, rude staff they shout and are very inappropriate , bad housing we've rented two houses from this agency and I will never rent from them again. Need shutting down!!!
We used David Blount estate agents to sell our house and I cannot recommend them enough. Fiona handled our sale and she is a credit to the company. She was was always at the end of the phone when we needed her (which was a lot!) and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. If youre looking to sell you house, Id recommend David Blount wholeheartedly. Professional, reliable and a bunch of nice people to deal with.
good agency never have any problems
We rent at the moment (when we can we will be out) they're awful. Rude, lazy attitude, not professional and all of this is Mr Blount himself aswell as his staff at the Kirkby branch. Mr dove is a friend of his who's house I rent and if possible everyone should avoid both of them. Environmental have been involved with us now for over a year. Terrible company and I can't wait to watch it go down hill hopefully.
