Very very poor service.been waiting 2 hours 20 mins was told it was on its way after an hour and 20 mins.the girl on reception was totaly out of order.the phone was put down on me after i started complaing about service.she was just arrogant and rude and wouldnt take responsability for the situation.can't complain about the food as never got to f-ck--g taste it.

******WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS******* Waited a hour and 15minutes for food, got here, FREEZING,SOGGY, and tasted like rubber! with no taste. tell them before paying we are not talking this order explained why, he said okay will go and phone the shop, they got in the car, waited 5 min. and THEY DROVE OFF!!!!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN
Soggy food. No flavour. Very late arrival. Freezing cold. Go to the pet store, better food there.
