it's gone down hill fast I will not eat there again
I've ordered many many times from Charlies and they've usually been perfect, but tonight the chips were missing, which I rang about straight away and was told they would deliver some. after an hour waiting I rang up and was told they wouldn't send anything tonight and they'd sort me out next time.....there won't ever be a next time with this kind of treatment! it's now too late for anything else to be ordered and my partner has been sat waiting for food which won't ever be delivered.
My wife ordered chicken wraps and comes home with chicken kebab so I phone up and explain and all they can do is be rude...i will never order from there again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either!!!
went There after the pub with polish friends and when my friend asked the price for onion rings she was initially told 1.20..... the guy in the back spoke some foreign language on hearing her accent and then changed the price to 2.60, I questioned the guy and two other men came from the back and told me to buy my food from somewhere else.... disgusted by the service and will never go there again!
Awesome pizzas and garlic pizzas, fish and chips are fantastic, kebabs are a little strange but hey, cant win them all
