Lion Motor Group have offered an excellent service. I had to travel to purchase the vehicle so needed reassurance. Both Ron and Jack were very approachable and reassuring and not heavy sales people. So far the car is great and I'm really pleased. I even left some important work items in the car I was exchanging and they kindly posted them back to me. Really friendly people who offer a great service.
Bought an X5 more than 6 weeks ago. I had alot of issues however the guys at lion motor were fairly helpful and did sort a lift out. Unfortunately, they have not kept a promise made to deliver a front door trim that was highlighted before purchase. I was forced to call a few weeks ago and remind them but the response given was that we received the trim and sent it back as we thought it was not needed (an assumption). Anyway, i hope someone reads this and sort the issue out so i can edit this!

My 3rd car from these guys always good px with no messing about.my spotted a tent on drive away day I.e all paid 4 no problem sorted when home no keys 4 tow bar just lost no problem new 1s ordered free Ron has always looked after us I no it's his job to sell cars but nice bloke no bull poo great company and Nick was sound 2 cheers guys
