Travelleled up to Nottingham with my mum last weekend to check out a Golf R. The guys at Auto100 were friendly, welcoming and down to earth. We took the car for a test drive and drove it home less than an hour later. Fabulous selection of performance cars on offer here. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
First visit to this dealer and I was impressed with the set up. I purchased a car and the whole process went very smoothly, however I found there was an issue with the description of the spec described in the advert concerning a Service Package a problem that was not of the dealers making.I was extremely impressed with how the issue was resolved I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I will certainly visit Auto100 when Im ready for a change of vehicle.
A first class experience. Very impressed with customer service, Adam/Richard did everything for us so had no worries about anything. Only had the car a few days and still getting to know it but enjoying it immensely. Would highly recommend this company, although we live about 2 hours away they are only a phone call away and will go out of their way to help.
Great service from Richard, excellent and accurate communication in advance made the purchase of the car effortless. I made the 2 1/2 hour journey on a Sunday and it was clear it is important to book an appointment as they were very busy. My car was immaculate as were the many other fantastic cars available. Highly recommended!
