Following a long wait at their Pharmacy for some otc meds for the family winter viruses then a full weeks shopping with another long, long, wait at tills. I decided to go for a break so, me and my son had a bite to eat in the cafe.Good ASDA providing all our family stuff...A week later I get a 70 parking finefor staying over 2 hours.EYE IN THE SKY...Asda What are you doing to the demographic that keeps your profits healthy, big family shops, visits to your Pharmacy and cafe.A 2 hour shop Im sure is common for a lot of families who decide to go to your cafe.To say Im p____d off is an under statement.
Having worked in Liverpool for many years the highlight of a Sunday morning was popping out to asda for a full English breakfast. Today I have had the complete opposite at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store, no choices, the express breakfast was it, 1 tiny piece of bacon, one sausage, a hash and a portion of beans that I did eventually find under the egg which was fried not poached as described. To cap it all it was on a tiny paper plate with the cheapest plastic cutlery in the world, it did not make a dent on the bacon. I would avoid this cafe if you are used to the Asda mega breakfast. Or any semblance of a full English.

Absolutely fuming with asda my first payment declined so I paid again with the same card for them to take the payment twice. So I went to the customer service desk explained what had happened for the women to laugh and say yeah it happens all the time you have to bring a statement in when it shows in a few days then she laughed again saying she's a lucky 1 as its not happened to her yet. What a complete MORON
In the evening , at 7pm, I paid for my shopping and pressed cash back 20. I returned home only to realise I forgot to pick up my cash back from the till. I went back immediately to Asda. I explained to Karen at customer service. Lucky day for me my cash had been noticed unpicked from the till. Asda customer service, Karen, was of great help. Thanks .
