Second time I've used this place to help me out with car battery problems. (Different cars!) You would struggle to find anywhere more helpful.
Got battery. They could not fit it. Even though I was telling him what to do. Even showed a YouTube clip... sorry not impressed as as they do is batteries... what can I say....
I went in for advice on stairlift batteries as I believed the Stannah replacement batteries which I'd had installed that week by that company had been too expensive etc. The expert advice I was given by Stephen was understandable and comprehensive. He knew I was not buying a battery (although any battery I need in the future will be from County Batteries) yet he was kind enough to give his time in the explanation. His approach to me and his knowledge were greatly appreciated.
I was fortunate enough to be served by the directors son who really knew his stuff. Even though it was closing time the director Richard Fuller arrived and I was helped by both of them to choose the correct batteries for my mobility scooter. They also gave me fantastic advice on how to keep the batteries at maximum capacity and even suggested that a better charger would help the larger batteries that I had bought. I was so impressed with the information I was more than willing to take the advice and spend the extra money! I'm confident I will get years of service out of the batteries but the thing that impressed me most was that the young Mr Fuller opened both my battery boxes install the batteries and brought them out to me ready to go. This was above and beyond the Call of Duty as it was already time to clothes. I am ultra impressed but you can only get this really from a family business so a big thank you is due to them both. I'm sure I will be returning and recommending. A definite 5 Stars from me
