Awful service put in prescription for diabetic medication third time now had no insulin absolutely shocking we need this to keep us fit and well just awful, people need sacking, no help from members of staff
Brilliant if you have 1/2 nonurgent items. If you have a monthly prescription that has 12 items and they are needed to live then don't look here. They could not get the order right after 7 months of the same order same time every month. And eace perscription was 2 weeks overdue with the urgent meds not being offered meanwhile because "chill out and make them last".
Would have gave no stars but no option. Staff at Brierley forest were no help at all. I followed their instructions to get my prescription when I turned up at pharmacy I was told their was no one in to give me my tablets and would have to come back. I explained I can't get back thay just gave me a cold shoulder and said its law thay can't give them with out a pharmacist. I had rang up and asked if it was ready thay said yes just come n collect it. Thay gave me a number to head office which gave me 5 options all which rang then cut me off. So I now have no medication and no help. If I was you I would use another pharmacy.
