Brilliant customer service. Explained everything I needed to know showed me nearly every snake in shop letting me and my daughter hold them.Definitely recommend and we had a 100+ mile round trip.
This is a good place to buy supplies from but every fish we have purchased from here has been poorly or not lasted very long. After buying some tiger barbs from here our whole tank became infested with parasites and a very health tank was almost wiped out. There are much better shops for live stock.
I always put fives stars but this time only three a member of staff tried to change me 7.95 for two Siamese algae eaters when it should be 5.90 until I said I think they are 2.95I buy alot of frozen fish food and maybe a 150 in fish with having three tanks.I think now I will have to write a list and add the total up before paying for my items.The quality and advice is 100 possible and I've never checked prices for things I've got off you.But now I feel I must check and write down in future.YoursColin Bowers
Great shop with friendly helpful staff who know what they're talking about. I could spend all day browsing their pets from spiders to furry pets to feathered friends. Fish too. They will also allow you to bring your dog in to have a look around. Also if you have any left over fruit or vegetables please pop them round as they are useful for feeding the animals and will be gratefully accepted and saves waste.
My little whistling canary mule I got from here and firstly I'd like to share my experience with you readers so guys and gals here goes ...a young knowledgeable lady on her birds in stock was extremely helpful with full on advice about the deal I entered into yes I bought my canary hybrid crossed with a goldfinch and new cage stand and accessories he's the worlds best whistling bird wow!! Thanks team great full for him and for the service...not the cheapest seed or food though cage prices are average but I'll hold mi handy pandys up and say getting hard to find livestock at this level so 7/10 lower seed and certainly food prices 5/10 for cage accessories way to expensive but I'm guessing wages upkeep and overheads like rent are a factor so I'm scoring you overall now a final score of 7/10
