Outstanding service! Having ordered our new sofa from Robinsons, the courier promptly "lost" it. However, Robinsons were brilliant! They quickly organised a replacement, were excellent in communicating with us and we are completely happy with their 'can do' attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!
Cannot rate their customer service high enough after I had a problem with a bed purchased for my son. Excellent communication and service. Would highly recommended to anybody.
