Despite putting the model number of the GHDs I was sending off for repair on their booking form, they waited until I had posted the straightners out to them to tell me that they can't be repaired. I accept this information was on the booking form but was not particularly clear. Very disappointed with the service.

Posted my GHDS on Saturday, got a text saying they was received on Monday and they got delivered back to me on Tuesday!!! Cannot believe how fast the turnaround was, and they now work perfectly. Cannot recomend enough, have already passed on the link to family to use! Thanks so much x
Repaired the broken wire, heating element and heat control switch, even though I only asked for one thing to be fixed, excellent service!
