I already had a diagnosis from another company for my window wipers which was going to cost 400 I thought it was bit much and payed 50 for them to tell me this. Then NM electrical was recommended to me and I thought I would give them a go. I told them what was wrong and they said they would take a look, they had my vehicle for 3 days, I rang them every day to see how things were progressing, they told me the same thing as the other company and told me to google the part or look for it on ebay as they didn't have the time to spend on the phone looking for one and charged me 60 for doing so. They never asked me if I wanted second hand or new. My car also had a flat tyre when I came for it and they said they would put air in it but my daughter thought they should have fixed it as it was left with them in perfect condition for the 3 days. I didn't like their attitude to us and I told them I wouldn't be back. I thought I was going to get my car fixed.
