My beautiful Millie passed at midnight a couple of days ago. I called at rest and Martin came out immediately, he treat Millie with dignity and respect and his words was comforting. Martin and Lorraine kept me updated throughout everything they did with Millie so I wasn't left unknown. I had comfort knowing Millie wasn't by herself. The farewell room is absoutly beautiful and Millie looked so peaceful in there, getting to spend that time with her in there is something I wouldn't of been able to do at a vets. I had time to choose the urn which Millie was able to come home in and the picture frame urn i chose is absoutly beautiful and marks her life perfectly. Millie also came home with her very own rose which she was holding in the farewell room. Martin and Lorraine have been so supportive throughout this hard time and I recommend them to anybody who wants to give their beloved pets a truly beautiful send off.
I can highly recommend the dignified service that Martin and Lorraine provide. They are the most kindest and sympathetic people who went above and beyond for our beloved best friend when he died. If you want to be sure that your pets body will be respectfully cared for and individually cremated with the dignity, love and respect then this is the business that will provide this. When my best friend Amber of 16 years passed away during the night I was heartbroken & devastated ... I had already heard about this company and had messaged them the night before worrying that she may not make it through the night, I did not expect to receive a reply until the morning but Lorraine messsged me back straight away and reassured me that whatever happened I could message at any time during the night and that they would come out and fetch Amber from home no matter what time of night it was (with no extra call out fee) it was a big relief to know that someone was prepared to do that for us and made it so that we didnt have to take her to the vets while we decided what to do.When Martin arrived to collect her I first noticed how smartly he was dressed its such a professional service and through the grief I was feeling from just losing Amber I couldnt help but feel proud of the way she was being treated after her passing.Martin was so compassionate and caring towards Amber and our feelings he really is a lovely man who you instantly warm to she was treated with so much care and respect and it helped us so much to know she was being taken good care of ... we decided to say our final goodbyes in their farewell room I was dreading tbh it but it was beautiful I never thought Id be able to do it but even my 8 year old daughter wanted to come with me and we found great comfort to see Amber with all her own things her own pillow and blanket from home she looked so lovely and peaceful ready for her journey across the rainbow bridge, Im so glad that I went it has helped us so much with our grief, we got a lock of fur and clay paw print done which is lovely. Martin & Lorraine are so compassionate and caring people and I couldnt recommend them both enough nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make sure you beloved fur baby gets the send of they deserve ... I honestly cant bare to think how I would be feeling right now had I not found this company, thank you for looking after Amber on her final journey across the rainbow bridge from the bottom of my heart
Sadly we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old Tommy this weekend we love him with all our hearts and he will leave a massive hole. "getting hairs on my new black tights :-) and checking our bags for treats when we get home "it will never be the same without him.We can not thank Lorraine or Martin enough. From the minute we called them we knew it was the perfect place for Tommy.They collected our Tommy from the vets and took him safely in to their care. The communication was fantastic we knew exactly what was happening at all times. The dedication and true passion these guys have is outstanding. There was no rush to get out when my husband and daughter went to see our boy. There was no extra costs even though it was a bank holiday. Martin and Lorraine have been through a loss of a pet and understand the pain and can relate to it. Tommy looked so peaceful and beautiful they had done him up lovely. They spoke to him and even stayed with him while he was sent over the bridge. There compassion is out of this world! if you have a pet please see these guys. At Rest- is the best!!
