The car wash itself was fine, but during the process my three-month-old sons car seat was unclipped. I drove around for two days before noticing it as it was on the inside edge of the seat. I called and spoke with the shop, who denied having had anything to do with it, saying their staff never touch carriers. Really unimpressed this happened in the first place but equally unimpressed with the response to my complaint there was a total lack of accountability.
WASTE OF MONEY. I will not be backI was a regular customer up until now. Felt completely disrespected as money has been taken against terrible service.I am always nice and polite so I should get a proper service considering:All I wanted was a simple exterior wash. I came back to my car, basically looking worst. I had dry towels in my car so I spent an extra 5 minutes to clean what I could on the spot.Let me precise there was NO other cars, it was a quiet week day and they were watching me while sitting on the table. It is a white car and it is a well maintained car. They basically sprayed it, washed it with who knows what as my factory stickers which is quite big is now ugly and destroyed and there are dirt marks all over the white paint. Dirt has been leaked due to the wash and has not been dried so its looking quite horrible all over. I asked him whats up but he calls me mate (not your mate) and basically says its the paint. So I show him that it isnt by wiping it. (I do clean my car on my own when I have the time, paint is perfect)I took photos, it shows well that it has just not been cleaned properly. Here is the thing. I have ONE car VS They are countless car wash place. So I will not risk it, I will not be back and I will make sure nobody I know does either. Extremely disappointed.
paid $150 for a thorough wash, wax, vacuum. shoddy job, streak marks all over. inside still dusty. car park scuff marks still visible. total waste of money on them.
