If you want a quite Costa coffee this place is great, though its a busy drive through, not many go into the store and sit to drink and chat, making for a much nicer environment to enjoy a coffee.
The staff were friendly and efficient but the seating area is certainly not warm and cosy! The very industrial air conditioning unit needs turning off and when sitting near the window you can feel the cold even more. The 3 stars are for the staff.
A pleasant clean and tidy Costa. But it's quite new when I visited so you would hope so. From a personal point of view and why I've only given it three stars, I like my coffee shops to feel cosy and warm. This place is very expansive and when you look up from all the standard Costa wall coverings then it looks like what it is, an industrial unit. Very high roof line with all the cables and air con units on show. Perhaps they are yet to finish it, who knows. The door seems to have a mind of its own, constantly blowing open with the wind, so don't sit close to it. Some people may like the industrial look, but it's not for me. Other than that it's another Costa, you know what your getting with good coffee and over priced cakes.
Very consistent with most Costa's.... Nice coffee, usual environment. Despite being a (characterless) new-build, the entrance door self opens with the wind and makes a draft.
A lovely surprise. Might be considered "off the beaten track", sited in a new industrial estate but crucially close to a busy junction on the A38.Lots of customers taking a break during travelling.Check the opening/closing times. This is an outlet which caters for customers from early morning till late evening.Usual good Costa standard with pleasant and polite young staff. Always worth a visit.
