Went in nix today after Halfords left mine and my mums brakes in a right state went in for some replacement d shaped hydraulic disc brake pads evryone was more than happy to help and after some light shopping me and my mum went back to the shop to find they had cleaned my brake pads for me and said that I had another years usage out of them. Anywhere else would of forced me into buying new brakes instead of looking for replacement ones. Very happy with the customer service they gave and will be definatally going back.
Took my bike to nix today after halfords again confused me, charged me and left me feeling insecure about the state of my bike and not wanting to ride it ! Exchanged several emails with Nicky prior to going to get a sense of what he was like . Really friendly chap and very accommodating . He took a look at my rear wheel for me and did a gear check . I will definitely be using nix as my regular repair shop now for both my bikes . Highly recommended.
