We had a bank holiday weekend at the Teversal campsite and country park. The Canarvon is just a 10 min walk away. This was a very pleasant surprise and It is a good quality establishment well worth a visit.
Good value food served by friendly staff. We signed up for their newsletter, which entitled us to a free pud! Interesting bit of history - it is claimed DH Lawrence wrote part of Lady Chatterleys Lover in the Ship Room!
Food quality excellent. Service spot on.10 of us went for a meal on a busy Saturday night. Every one of us ordered something different to the next person.Not a problem here.Everyone's meal bought to the table, quickly and at the same time. All food ordered was spot on.All tasted exactly as it should do with not one of us having the slightest issue with any of the service or food quality.
Absolutely amazing place. 13 of of us travelled from different parts of the country to celebrate a birthday. The service was first class, all staff very pleasant and everyone complimented on the meals they chose. Will definately go there.
