These cakes look amazing but with two contact forms sent and a message left on the telephone with no response the customer service is poor, which then makes you wonder how reliable the service would be! Personally even if I couldnt do a cake for someone I would want to contact that person to thank them for their interest and apologise for the fact that I was unable to fulfill the request which would help towards future business, with no response comes no further enquiries and certainly no recommendation to others.
